The ISIC Card is designed for students of all educational levels, regardless of the institution where they study (university, high school, school, vocational training, academy, etc.) and with no age limit. With it, you can identify yourself as an active student, as well as access thousands of advantages and benefits in more than 98 countries around the world.
The fastest way to get it is through the online application form:
- Fill in your personal details.
- Attach the requested documents.
- Select the shipping method, pay the fees, and enjoy your ISIC Card!
To apply for the ISIC Card, we will ask for your personal details (first and last name, place of study, date of birth, and email address). In addition, you must attach the following documents in digital format:
- A passport-style photo of your face, preferably with a neutral background (JPG or PNG format).
- Accreditation, document, or proof certifying your current student status (enrollment certificate, grades, a letter from your academic institution, an ID card from the institution, among others).
- If you are a minor, you will be asked for the details of a legal guardian.
The ISIC Card in digital format costs €12. If you also wish to receive it in physical format, an additional fee will apply depending on the shipping method you choose. It is valid for 1 calendar year, counted from the date of issue.
There are several shipping methods with different delivery times:
- Digital card, sent by email within 24–48 business hours.
- Standard shipping, via Correos de España, 7 to 10 business days.
- Express shipping, via Correos de España, 4 to 5 business days.
- International shipping, via Correos de España, 15 to 20 business days.
IMPORTANT: Physical cards are printed on the next business day after your request is received, so the process may take up to 72 hrs. to complete. From that point, the regular shipping times to your address begin.
The ITIC Card is designed for teachers at all educational levels, regardless of the institution where they teach (university, high school, school, vocational training, academy, etc.). With it, you can access the same advantages and benefits offered by the ISIC Card, except for promotions that are exclusive to students.
The fastest way to get it is through the online application form:

To apply for the ITIC Card, we will ask for your personal details (first and last name, place of teaching, date of birth, and email address). In addition, you must attach the following documents in digital format:
- A passport-style photo of your face, preferably with a neutral background (JPG or PNG format).
- Accreditation, document, or proof certifying your current teaching status (copy of contract, payslip, a letter from the educational institution, other forms of ID, etc).
The ITIC Card in digital format costs €12. If you also wish to receive it in physical format, an additional fee will apply depending on the shipping method you choose. It is valid for 1 calendar year, counted from the date of issue.

To apply for the IYTC Card, we will ask for your personal details (first and last name, date of birth, and email address). In addition, you must attach the following documents in digital format:
- A passport-style photo of your face, preferably with a neutral background (JPG or PNG format).
- If you are a minor, you will be asked for the details of a legal guardian.
The IYTC Card in digital format costs €12. If you also wish to receive it in physical format, an additional fee will apply depending on the shipping method you choose. It is valid for 1 calendar year, counted from the date of issue.

If you applied for your digital Card more than 72 hrs. ago and have not received it by email, we recommend the following:
- Check your spam folder.
- Send us an email at contacto@isic.es stating your order number. Our team will assist you as soon as possible.
If you applied for your physical Card and the regular shipping times have already passed, we recommend the following:
- Check your home mailbox.
- Send us an email at contacto@isic.es stating your order number. Our team will assist you as soon as possible.
In the meantime, feel free to use your digital Card in the ISIC App.
The digital version of the ISIC, ITIC, and IYTC Card is valid for enjoying all available offers. In addition, by using the ISIC App you can identify yourself with your digital Card just as you would with the physical format.
If you want to get the physical version as quickly as possible, we recommend selecting the "express" shipping method when you apply.
If you were unable to complete the payment for your application, send us an email at contacto@isic.es stating your order number and personal details. Our team will look into what happened and assist you as soon as possible.
If you have lost the physical version of your Card, we recommend:
- Using your digital Card via the ISIC App.
- Sending us an email at contacto@isic.es stating your order number. Our team will determine whether a duplicate can be issued based on the products you purchased.
All Cards normally have 1 calendar year of validity. This validity can only be extended if the "Validity Extension" is purchased at the time of the initial purchase. Extensions cannot be purchased afterward; you will need to wait until the Card expires.

You can only request a refund if your Card has not been confirmed, produced, or shipped at the time you exercise your right of withdrawal. Cards that have already been confirmed, produced and/or sent by email or physically via Correos de España cannot be refunded. For more information, see our terms of sale and use.
The additional validity purchased at the time of your application will be handled as follows:
- On your digital Card, the validity will renew automatically every year according to what was purchased. For example: if you applied for your Card in September 2026 and paid for "+1 additional year of validity", this means that during September 2027 your Card will be automatically updated until September 2028.
- On your physical Card (if applicable), the total purchased validity is printed to avoid reprints and additional costs in the coming years.
IMPORTANT: our team reserves the right to request your updated documentation (for both students and teachers) every year. If you do not provide a valid document, your Card may be cancelled without entitlement to a partial or full refund.
Cards can be renewed even after they expire, as long as your personal data has not been deleted from the ISIC App. To do so, apply for a new Card through our website; the application form will recognize you and guide you through the process.
Once you receive the new Card number, log in to the ISIC App, go to your profile, and tap RENEW. Finally, enter the new Card number. This will allow you to fully update the validity of your credential.
Once you receive your Card in digital format, follow these steps:
- Download the ISIC App on your mobile device.
- Open the App and tap CREATE AN ACCOUNT.
- Enter the cardholder's details (first and last name) and the assigned Card number. You should receive this information by email.
- Enter an email address and create a password.
- You will receive a confirmation link by email. And you're all set!
If you're having trouble logging in, remember that you must have purchased your Card on our website and completed the registration process (sign-up) in the ISIC App.

Your Card number is unique worldwide. Your Card number (both in digital and physical format) is the same and must contain 14 characters.
- An initial letter identifying the type of Card: (S) for ISIC/Student Card. (T) for ITIC/Teacher Card. (Y) for IYTC/Youth Card.
- A series of 12 digits.
- A random letter at the end.
For example, a Card number would look like: S 034 123 456 789 X
You can reset your password directly in the ISIC App by tapping the "Forgot password" button.

The ISIC App is available in more than 98 countries. If you can't find it on the Google Play Store or App Store on your mobile device, we recommend going into your Google or Apple account settings and changing the region to "Spain." This will let you download it without any issues.

Yes, you can use the ISIC App and show your digital Card for a limited time after its last connection to the internet. After several days offline, the ISIC App will notify you that it needs an internet connection to work normally.
The ISIC App is available for the following operating system versions:
- Android 8.0 and above
- iOS 14.0 and above
We recommend requesting the physical version of your Card if you are unable to access the digital version or the ISIC App. To do so, you can click this link.
Of course. The digital Card and the ISIC App work both in Spain and in more than 98 countries around the world. They also let you locate nearby offers and advantages wherever you are, as well as use your ID and show your Card in shops, restaurants, and more.
Connectivity with external wallets (Apple and Google) is not currently possible.
