How to get an ITIC card?
You have two options to get yours: check if your institution is one of our Academic Partners and issues it directly to their teachers/staff, or apply for it on your own through our website.

The ITIC Card is tailored for teachers and academic staff across all educational levels—no matter where you teach (university, high school, vocational school, academies...). It gives you access to the same great perks and benefits as the ISIC Card, with the exception of student-only promotions.
The fastest way to get yours is through our online application form.

In just a few minutes, you can start using your digital ITIC Card. If you requested the physical version, it will arrive at your door in a few days.
To apply for the ITIC Card, we will ask for your personal details (first and last name, teaching institution, date of birth, and email address).
Additionally, you will need to upload the following documents in digital format:
1. A passport-style photo: A clear headshot with a neutral background (preferably JPG or PNG).
2. Proof of teaching status: A document certifying your status as a teacher or academic staff member (employment contract, payslip, faculty/staff ID, etc.).
The digital ITIC Card costs €12. If you also wish to receive a physical copy, an additional fee will apply depending on your chosen shipping method. Furthermore, the ITIC Card is valid for one full year, starting from the date of your application.
We offer various delivery options depending on your needs:
- Digital Card: Delivered via email (24–48 business hours).
- Standard Shipping (Spain): 7–10 business days via Correos.
- Express Shipping (Spain): 3–5 business days via Correos.
- International Shipping: 15–20 business days via Correos.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders are processed and issued the day after we receive your application. Because of this, the setup process may take up to 2 business days to fully complete.
